Now, that's
a great picture!
That's one of
those cool, "let's get together and discuss how we're gonna kick some butt"
pictures...
Pictures asside,
let's take a look at what this card can do for you. As an effect
without a deploy cost, you can grab it with The Signal. Also, it's
not location specific (in deployment, nor usage), so, it gives you a lot
of flexibility... This I like a lot!
Essentially,
it's one of those "Go-Fish" effects, letting you go diving into your Reserve
deck for cards. And, boy, this card lets you get some cool ones.
Among the cards it gets, Bacta Tank, Commander Wedge and Hobbie are excellent
cards that can help you in a ton of great ways. Commander Luke and
Lone Rogue are kind of Hoth specific, but are nice if you're playing there.
Maintenance Droids kick butt if they're with you Incom Engineers (Under
the Hoth Shield... Dark Side better look out!).
Additionally,
Rogue 1, 2, 3 & 4 now have excellent immunity to attrition (the highest
in the game with thier veteran fliers aboard).
All this nastiness
can make this card a cornerstone in many speeder decks.

Echo Base Garrison + A New Secret Base
= A New Secret Base lets you grab EBG, plus tons of site for your speeders
to play!
Echo Base Garrison + Maneuver Flaps =
Power +2, Forfiet +2, Immune to anything less than 4... Speeder Ops
has never seen it this good!
Echo Base Garrison + Bacta Tank + Mantellian
Savrip + Ben Kenobi = Attrition? Battle Damage? Never heard
of it!
